simula{\c{c}}{\~a}o Monte Carlo.
\emph{Time-Cost Trade-off Problem} (TCTP) e possui duas
contribui{\c{c}}{\~a}o.

presents a software artifact that systematizes in computer the
Crashing method of network optimization of projects and quantifies
the risks with the Monte Carlo simulation support. The artifact is
an algorithmic approach that solves the Time-Cost Trade-off
Problems (TCTP) in Critical Path Method network flows (CPM) and
has two cost approximation versions: Linear and Exponential Convex
as contribution. In doing a simulation and analysis of the cost
estimates and the durations of the activities in the possible
project paths, the artifact showed in two case studies addressed,
the practical utility of the developed computational tool. The
artifact corroborates the difficulty of a manual approach to the
problem showing the interaction of the variables involved and
their variability when applying changes in their estimates.
Additionally, it was made a risk quantification present in the
variability of the estimates and the result showed the
probabilities of success or failure against the multiple random
scenarios generated with the support of the Monte Carlo simulation
technique.",
